Exchange & Return Policy

We're confident you'll love your Ivara pieces once they're in your hands — and we want you to feel that same confidence before you buy.

Our Policy at a Glance

  • Ivara offers exchanges, store credit, and returns for change of mind (see details below).
  • All requests must be made within 3 days of delivery (not purchase).
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all original tags attached, in the exact condition delivered.
  • Earrings and nose rings/pins cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery via Email (hello@wearivara.com), Instagram DM (@wearivara), or WhatsApp (+92 339 8968072).
  2. Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the size/item you'd like instead.
  3. Ship the item back within 3 days of us confirming your request, in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached.
  4. We'll inspect the returned item and process your exchange or store credit as soon as it's confirmed.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Our mistake (wrong item, wrong size sent, defective product) — we cover all return and re-dispatch shipping costs.
  • Customer preference (e.g. ordered the wrong size, or change of mind) — the customer covers return shipping and any re-dispatch costs.

Situations We Cover

Faulty or Damaged Item

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number. Once verified, we'll send a replacement of the same item, or issue store credit if that item/size is unavailable. We cover all associated costs.

Wrong Item Received

We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or issue store credit equal to the purchase price.

Missing or Incomplete Order

We'll send the missing item(s) promptly, or issue store credit equal to their value.

Wrong Size Received (Our Error)

We'll replace the item or issue store credit equal to the purchase price, at no cost to you.

Wrong Size Ordered (Customer's Choice)

We're happy to help — return shipping and re-dispatch costs will apply, per the rules above.

Store Credit

Where store credit applies, it will be issued as a coupon equal to the value of the returned item. This can be used immediately.

Product Quality

Ivara jewelry is crafted from 316L stainless steel — hypoallergenic, waterproof, and resistant to tarnishing and discoloration under normal daily wear. If you ever receive a piece with a genuine manufacturing fault, we'll make it right under the Faulty or Damaged Item terms above.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (studs, hoops, and all other types)
  • Nose rings/pins

Change of Mind

We want you to feel completely confident shopping with Ivara — which is why, in addition to our exchange policy, we also accept returns for change of mind, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled, with all original tags attached, in the exact same condition it was delivered in.
  • Items showing any sign of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

How Refunds Work

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll refund the price of the product.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return courier/shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellations at Delivery

If you decline a delivery without prior notice, we reserve the right to require advance payment for any future orders. We understand delivery timing doesn't always work out — if something comes up, just message us beforehand and we're happy to reschedule.

Packaging

  • All orders arrive in branded, gift-ready cardbox packaging: one box for 1–3 pieces, two boxes for 3–6 pieces.
  • Need extra boxes for gifting? Let us know in advance — additional boxes are available for a small charge.
